1. Introduction

Welcome to ITCS - Institute of Technology and Cyber Security. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our computer training services, including but not limited to offline classroom courses, online modules, workshops, internship programs, software lab access, and any digital resources offered by us.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or using any of our services (online or in-person), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

3. Eligibility

Our courses are open to students above the age of 13. Parental consent is required for students under 18. Basic knowledge of computers may be required for specific modules.

4. Course Enrollment & Batches

Admission to a course is confirmed only after full payment. Batch timings are fixed and any change must be approved by the administration. We reserve the right to merge or shift batches as per availability and operational needs.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

• All course fees are payable in advance.
• No refund will be granted once a student has attended a class or accessed digital content.
• Special offers or discounts are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only within 7 days of payment (and before the course starts).

6. Code of Conduct

All students are expected to maintain discipline in the classroom and premises. Use of abusive language, misbehavior, mobile usage during class, or damage to property may lead to immediate suspension without refund.

7. Certification Criteria

Certificates will only be issued upon successful completion of the course, attendance of at least 80%, and clearance of final assessment (where applicable). Duplicate certificates will be issued with an additional fee.

8. Intellectual Property

Course materials, videos, PDFs, software setups, and all training resources provided by ITCS are copyrighted. Sharing, reselling, or distributing these without written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Use of Institute Infrastructure

Students are expected to use lab systems, Wi-Fi, and hardware responsibly. Any intentional damage or misuse may result in penalty charges or termination of access.

10. Internship & Placement Support

Internship and job assistance is provided based on performance, attendance, and availability of openings. ITCS does not guarantee job placement.

11. Privacy & Data Handling

We respect your privacy. All data collected is used solely for internal record-keeping, course updates, and official communication. Refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

12. Limitation of Liability

ITCS is not responsible for any personal loss, injury, or damages caused during the training period, or due to the use of content or third-party software/tools during or after the course.

13. Termination Policy

We reserve the right to terminate access to any student found violating institute rules, misusing systems, or engaging in unethical activities. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the latest version.
