Request for Data Deletion

At ITCS – Institute of Technology and Cyber Security, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. You have the right to request deletion of your personal information stored with us, as per applicable data protection laws.

• Registered students
• Website account holders
• Newsletter subscribers
• Training applicants or partners

How to Request Data Deletion

1. Email your request to privacy@itcs.live with the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”.
2. Include your full name, registered email ID, and a brief description of your relationship with ITCS.
3. We will verify your identity and process the request within 7 working days.

What Will Be Deleted?

• Your account data including name, contact info, and login credentials.
• Enrollment records, if applicable.
• Marketing preferences and subscription data.

Exceptions

We may retain data where legally required (e.g., for financial, tax, or audit purposes) or for the protection of our rights and users under Terms & Conditions.
